What is the Talent Support and how can I can I reach it?

You have questions about or problems with the platform? We are here for you!

The Talent Support is your direct line to yoummday. It was introduced by popular demand to provide a direct contact person who can assist you with challenges on the platform. In our support team experienced Talents are happy to assist you with all general matters related to your work on the platform. 

Using the telephone number

our agents are happy to help you from Monday to Friday in the morning from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from 12:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. (CET).

You can also contact us in writing at any time instead of by phone:

  • Via the Support Chat: It will help you directly solve some issues and otherwise assist you in creating a support ticket.
  • Via the Contact Form: It can also be used without you having access to the platform itself.
  • Via E-mail: If you would like to send large file attachments, you can also write us an e-mail instead.

It is best to use the e-mail address you used when signing up with us. This way we can assign your request directly to the right account. We will always reply by e-mail.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with the following topics:

  • All project-specific issues, such as issues with telephony, project-specific systems (issues with provided hardware in individual projects, VPN, Citrix, etc.), and problems with shift planning (as we have no insight or access here). Please contact your TTL or project contact person directly for these matters. They will be happy to assist you directly.
  • Tax-related questions, as we are not allowed to provide tax advice due to the laws here in Germany. Please contact a tax consultant or the local tax office for assistance.
  • Legal questions regarding your self-employment, as we are not allowed to provide legal advice.
  • Blocked accounts (you will receive an email from our legal department to the registered email address promptly).
  • Soft locks on your account, where your account is restricted (you will find the request for a brief statement marked in red in your account – please submit this, and the legal department will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day).
  • Data protection questions concerning GDPR (please contact datenschutz@yoummday.com directly via email for assistance).
