If you are logged in to your yoummday account (Talent · yoummday) and click on the "More" button in the menu bar on the left side, you have the possibility to choose between the following three options: Downloads, Speed Test and FAQ
1. Downloads
In telephony projects, you can use the SIP softphone in addition to the webphone (How do I use the yoummday webphone?). As an alternative to the webphone and in case the webphone does not work, it makes sense to set up the softphone from the beginning.
In the download section you have the possibility to download the required software. You can find more information about the download and setup of the SIP softphone in the following article:

Furthermore, you can set up a Firefox-Addon/ Chrome-Extension in the download section, which is required for the work in particular outbound projects. Here it is adequate if you download this extension as soon as you should start in such a project.
Legal documents such as data protection information, instructions and fact sheets are also available in the download section.
2. Speed-Test
In order for your work in a project to function properly, you must have a reasonably fast internet connection. To complete your profile and become visible on the yoummday platform, it is essential to conduct a speed test. Through this test your internet connection can be measured.
It is important that you are at your work address when performing the speed test. If you have more than one work addresses, the speed test must be conducted at each additional work address.

3. FAQ
The FAQ button takes you to our knowledge base, where you are right now. Here you have the chance to find answers to your questions via the search bar using keywords or directly via the predefined categories. We are currently in the process of expanding the knowledge base and filling it with more and more content and materials.
