Why should I set up a second login factor (2FA)?
Each day, you are working with sensitive customer data of clients using our platform.
A 2FA prevents anyone else from logging into your account without your authorization.
Setting it up is mandatory in order to access all areas of the platform where you might come into contact with this sensitive data.
How do I set up my second login factor (2FA)?
- Log in to your account at talent.yoummday.com.
- Click on an area of the platform that contains customer data - for example, the call history. A pop-up will appear prompting you to set up a 2FA as soon as possible:
- Click “Setup Now” and confirm that you want to set up 2FA using your password. Then click on “Sign In”:
- Detailed instructions for setting up 2FA on your mobile device will appear:
- Make sure you have an authenticator app installed on your smartphone, then scan the QR code displayed using the authenticator to connect the platform to the app.
- Confirm the connection by entering the code displayed in the 2FA app and give the connected device a name (e.g. the name of your phone model).
- Click “Submit” to complete the setup. You can log out of all other devices at the same time by clicking the checkbox above it first.
- You will be shown a list of recovery codes - they are only shown once and can be used to reset the 2FA on your own. Keep them somewhere safe, where you can access them again if needed!
- Confirm that you have saved the recovery codes with a click on the checkbox and then click on "Complete setup".
- Your new 2FA has been successfully set up. You can now log in using it and regain access to all areas of the platform.
If you switch phones, you'll need to reset your old 2FA and then set it up again on your new device!
