The yoummday app

The yoummday app is designed to give you access to your finances and shift schedule on the go. You can also use the app to submit your coordinates when asked by the system or our onboarding managers in the appointment. And you can use it to recommend yoummday to friends and family.

 

How do I download the yoummday app to my smartphone?

You can find the app in Google Playstore and Apple's App Store by searching for "yoummday". The app is free of charge.

How do I connect the yoummday app to my account?

To avoid technical problems, we recommend that you connect to your PC using Google Chrome as your browser.


If you then click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your account and then on App-Login, you will see a QR code that you can use to connect the yoummday app to your account.

When you open the yoummday app, you can connect it to your account using this QR code:

If scanning the QR code does not work, you can enter the displayed code:

 

What can I do if neither of these works?

As a browser, we would recommend Google Chrome to call up the QR code. 

Please delete the cookies and the cache for the entire time, log out and log in, and then try again.

If this also doesn't work, please uninstall the app and reinstall it. 

If it still doesn't work that day, please try again the next day.

 

The basic functions



Invite friends and get bonus

 

With this feature you can share your invitation link via Whatsapp or Instagram, for example. Every active talent that registers through your link and reaches €500 in sales will earn you €150 in bonuses. The recruited talent will receive 50€. Always take a screenshot of the shared link when you send it to someone with a clearly visible date stamp. When the talent has reached 500€ in revenue, contact Talent Support with the screenshot and we will have your referral reviewed by our technical department.

 

Send coordinates / Send geolocation

 

 

The most important function of the app. If the platform or the onboarding managers in the appointment want to verify your address based on your coordinates, you can use this function to confirm your address.

 

Log out

 

Here you can log out of the app. Please note that you will then have to scan the QR code in your profile to log in to the app again.

 

 

Finance - an overview of your last bookings

 

Here you have an overview of your current credits.

 

Planning - Your shift planning

 

So that you always have an overview of your shifts, you can view them here. To plan your shifts, we always recommend Google Chrome on your PC/laptop.



What can I do if my coordinates are displayed incorrectly?

To solve the problem, you can install Google Maps on your smartphone, let the app determine your location, and center yourself once in Google Maps.

To do this, simply click on this icon after the app has your location:

After that, you should have no more problems with wrong coordinates.

If that doesn't work, you can also enter the work address again, book an appointment for address verification, and then our onboarding managers will find a way to solve the problem permanently.
