How the Referral Process Works
- Share your personal referral link with friends or acquaintances.
- The person you referred registers using your link and generates €500 in revenue. They may also qualify for a higher bonus through special referral promotions.
- You receive a bonus credited to your yoummday account, and the referred Talent receives €50.
- Important: If the registration took place before September 26, 2024, the previous conditions apply. In that case, you receive €150, while the referred Talent still receives €50. The onboarding date is irrelevant; only the registration date matters.
Important: Only freelancers who were successfully referred and are deployed as "Talents" for a customer through yoummday are eligible for the referral bonus.
The following are not eligible for referral bonuses:
- Freelancers working directly for yoummday (for example: Freelance TTLs, Coaches, Freelance Onboarding Managers, Freelance Recruiting Managers, etc.)
- All internal yoummday employees

How do I invite a friend to yoummday and receive a bonus?
First, go to your personal referral page:
The important part is sharing your referral link. There are four ways to do this:
- Copy the link directly
- Create an email containing the link
- Create a Facebook message containing the link
- Create a Twitter/X post containing the link
Let's take a closer look at each option.
How do I copy my referral link directly?
Simply click the "Copy" button.
The link is now copied to your clipboard and can be shared through any channel you like, such as WhatsApp, Teams, or other messaging platforms.
To paste the link:
- Windows: Press Ctrl + V
- Mac: Press Command + V
