How do I charge up my credit?

The minimum required balance is 1000€. This amount allows you to get started with bidding on projects and hiring talents.

Important note about the Basic, Plus, and Ultimate implementation packages: Regardless of the package you choose, you need to start by topping up a minimum of 1000€. The credited package price becomes available after reaching the minimum turnover for the first time and will be added to your account by our customer service at the end of the month.

The credit recharge on yoummday is the first step for a successful start. Below, you can see how you can easily and straightforwardly top up your account:

 

Step 1: Login and access the Finance menu:

Sign in to the platform and open the 'Finance' menu.

Step 2: Add Funds:

Click on the 'Add Funds' tab.

Step 3: View Transfer Details:

 

If you need to handle payments internally, you can generate a request with a specific amount. Just enter the amount in the provided field and click on 'Create Payment Request.'

 

Here are the necessary bank transfer details. You can generate a payment request for your records.

Currently, you can recharge via SEPA bank transfer or PayPal deposit. Additional payment methods are in the implementation phase.

Step 4: Note the crediting time:

Depending on your bank, the credit at yoummday typically takes less than 24 hours. The recharged amount will appear on your upcoming invoice. A separate invoice for the recharge will not be generated.

Unused credit can be refunded. We are here to help you get off to a successful start on yoummday. Together we will accomplish great projects!

Note: The minimum top-up amount is €1000. The top-up is required for placing an order and starting a project.
