There, you can filter projects using three criteria:
- Project Type
- Task Category
- Project Language
Project Types
The Project Type filter primarily distinguishes between Inbound, Outbound, and Written Communication projects.
Inbound Projects
In Inbound Projects, customers contact you directly, similar to a traditional customer service role.
Outbound Projects
In Outbound Projects, you proactively contact customers.
In most cases, the customers already expect to be contacted. For example, they may have previously requested information about a product online and are now waiting for advice from a specialist.
Written Communication Projects
In Written Communication Projects, interactions do not take place over the phone.
Instead, you typically handle:
- Emails
- Chat inquiries
- Other written customer communications
Strong grammar and written communication skills are especially valuable for these projects.
Task Categories
The Task Category filter generally includes Customer Service and Sales projects.
Customer Service Projects
In Customer Service roles, you typically provide support and guidance to customers, similar to traditional call center or customer support positions.
Sales Projects
In Sales Projects, you present and offer the client's products or services to both new and existing customers.
Back Office and Management Projects
Occasionally, you may also find Back Office or Management opportunities.
These roles usually involve:
- Processing tickets and administrative tasks
- Working behind the scenes without direct customer contact
- Supporting or managing teams of talents
Projects can combine multiple types and categories.
For example, a project might include both customer service and sales responsibilities, or involve a mix of phone and written communication.
If you set your profile visibility to Public, recruiters and potential clients can proactively contact you with project opportunities.
This allows projects to find you, even if you have not yet applied.
Managed Service vs. Client-Managed Projects
Some projects are coordinated and managed directly by yoummday. These are known as Managed Service projects.
You can identify them by the small gray badge displayed above the client's logo in the project posting.
For other projects, the client is responsible for managing the recruitment and coordination process themselves.
The requirements, selection process, project content, and workflows are defined by the individual clients.
yoummday does not have direct influence over the client's hiring decisions or project requirements.
