What is the chatbot and how do I use it?

In this article we will show you how our support chatbot can help you finding your way around the yoummday platform.

We at Talent Support want you to find your way around the platform and get help quickly if you have specific, general concerns. For this purpose, we have developed our chatbot, which supports you in your work. 

You can access it from your talent dashboard by clicking on the speech bubble icon at the top right:

A few queries follow, in which you are asked to specify more precisely what your request is about. Here you select, among other things, a problem category and give us additional information for faster processing (e.g. browser / operating system for technical difficulties, names / talent IDs for specific requests for referrals).
