Part 3 - What are the next steps after the onboarding?

After your successful onboarding, your profile will be unlocked, giving you full access to the talent dashboard.

Now you can get started:

Complete your profile in the first step. In general, a meaningful and well-filled profile is worthwhile and highly appreciated by clients. Once the "To-Dos" have been completed, your profile will be visible and you will have the opportunity to apply for suitable job offers. You can find more detailed information on setting up and filling out your talent profile in the category "Profile set up" in this knowledge base.

Since time is limited during the onboarding meeting, we also offer a voluntary live webinar every Monday at 4 p.m. (CET), except on public holidays in Germany, where the entire platform with all its functions and categories is explained to you. You will find the link to the webinar in your talent profile under “Workplace” and “News” after a successful onboarding.

After the live webinar, you will be fully familiar with the platform. The contents of the webinar will gradually be added to this knowledge base in text, image, and later also video form, so that the information will soon be available around the clock.
