What happens after onboarding?
This article explains the next steps after you have successfully completed your onboarding.
After a successful onboarding session, your profile will be activated, giving you full access to the Talent Dashboard.
Now you're ready to get started:
1. Complete Your Profile and Account Information
In general, having a detailed and well-completed profile is highly beneficial and greatly appreciated by clients.
Once you have completed all your To-Dos, you will become visible to recruiters and clients, allowing you to apply for suitable project opportunities.
If a client is particularly impressed by your profile and you have set it to Public, you may even be contacted directly about potential opportunities.

2. Attend Our Optional Live Webinar
As onboarding sessions are limited in time, we also offer an optional live webinar every Monday at 4:00 PM (German time).
The webinar alternates between German and English and is not held on German public holidays.
During this one-hour session, the entire platform is explained, including all major functions and categories.
After successfully completing onboarding, you can find the webinar link in your Talent Profile under:
Workspace → News
If you have any questions, you can also browse the Knowledge Base or contact us through the Support Chatbot via the question mark icon in the upper-right corner of your account.
3. Apply for Projects
You can find all available projects under Job Offers on the right-hand side of your Workspace.
