If I have forgotten my edYOUcation password, how do I get a new one?

This article shows you how to get new credentials.

Have you forgotten your edYOUcation password and can no longer log in to the learning software? No problem, there is a "forgotten password function".

To do this, go to the login page https://learning.yoummday.com/login and click on "Kennwort vergessen?".

A new page will open and you will be asked to enter either your username or your registered mail address. 

Important: Only one of the two fields can be filled in. 

Enter your mail address or copy and your username into the appropriate field. An email with a reset link will be sent to your inbox when you click "Suchen". (Check your orivate inbox or the yoummday inbox).
