You no longer have access to two-factor authentication, your smartphone is defective or you may have even lost it? No problem! There is an easy way to get access to your yoummday account again.
After you have logged in on https://talent.yoummday.com and are being asked for your verification code, click on "Contact our support team":

You will now be redirected to a form where you enter your name, your email address and a description of the problem.
Please write a meaningful text here, such as "I don’t have access to my 2FA anymore. Please reset it for me." and finally click on "Submit":


Our talent support team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps for manually resetting the two-factor authentication.
