# 📅 How do I create a shift schedule?

## The shift schedule helps both employers and Talents better plan their work schedules.

A good shift schedule in customer service or sales offers the following benefits:

1. Improved customer service by aligning the schedule with forecasts.
2. Optimal use of talents to avoid bottlenecks.
3. Increased employee satisfaction and motivation.
4. Optimization by avoiding idle time and overcapacity.
5. Flexibility to handle demand through targeted planning.

### **A good shift schedule ensures smooth operations, satisfied customers, and motivated employees.**

Here's how to create a shift schedule in your project:

1. Select your project from the Projects menu where you want to create a shift schedule.
2. Click on the "Create Shift Schedule" button.
3. In the pop-up window, you can either create a new shift schedule or select an existing one.
4. Click on "Save" to create your shift schedule.

After creating the shift schedule, it's necessary to input the specific shifts. You can define these flexibly and change them anytime.
