How do I configure outbound calling?

To begin using the telephone system, you'll need to make some small adjustments, such as verifying the caller ID that will be displayed.

  1. In the company settings, the first step is to verify an existing phone number (landline, mobile). To do this, add a new number and initiate the verification call.
  2. In the newly created project, you'll find the contact list under the first icon. The contact list is necessary when using telephony through the yoummday platform.
  3. A window will open for setting up telephony. Name the contact list and enable the settings below as needed. If the contact details are not uploaded in the classic CSV file format, there is an option to use the browser extension. (This is useful if the contact details are stored externally, e.g., in a CRM system, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
