How can I call contacts from an external list without uploading them?

If you haven't uploaded your contact list to the yoummday platform, you can also directly select contacts from the list.

The yoummday web extension lets you make outbound calls to contacts that you can't upload to the platform through a .csv file.

⚠️ Only use the web extension for calls in special situations or as a backup option. Keep in mind that when making calls through the web extension, some features of the platform are restricted. For example, you won't be able to quickly edit contacts or add additional information with just a few clicks.

To initiate outbound calls from external sources, follow these steps:x

Highlight and copy the phone number you want to call.
Go to google.de and paste the phone number into the search bar.
Highlight the phone number on the page.
Right-click and open the drop-down menu for the phone number.
Start the call by clicking "Call with Yoummday" then switch back to the talent workstation and answer the call.

💡 You can also make calls using the web extension when using a web-based CRM tool. Simply highlight the phone number in the CRM tool, right-click, and initiate the call through Yoummday.
