Assigning contact status and contact labels on yoummday: The guide for newcomers

To keep track of your outbound customer contacts on the yoummday platform, you can assign an appropriate contact status or label at the end of each contact.


Step 1: Project Overview and Contact List:

You can start by selecting the contact list you'd like to assign a label in the project overview. This forms the starting point for the entire process.


Step 2: Conversation Guide & Call Log:

  1. Go to the "Conversation Guide & Call Log" menu: You will find all important information about your customer conversations here.
  2. Scroll down: Move down the page to access additional settings.

Step 3: Finding the "Contact Status" Setting:

In the settings, locate the section labeled "Contact Status." This is the area where you can assign contact labels.


Step 4: Assigning Contact Status:

  1. Assign a Label: Use the "Label" field to choose an appropriate contact label.
  2. Associate Conversation Outcome: Select the corresponding "Conversation Outcome" that aligns with the assigned label.
  3. Add the Label: Click on the "+" symbol to add the label to your contact.

Important note: Please know that existing labels can only be deactivated and not deleted. A deactivated label will not be visible to other team members. However, you can re-activate it if needed.
