To keep track of your outbound customer contacts on the yoummday platform, you can assign an appropriate contact status or label at the end of each contact.
Step 1: Project Overview and Contact List:
You can start by selecting the contact list you'd like to assign a label in the project overview. This forms the starting point for the entire process.
Step 2: Conversation Guide & Call Log:
- Go to the "Conversation Guide & Call Log" menu: You will find all important information about your customer conversations here.
- Scroll down: Move down the page to access additional settings.
Step 3: Finding the "Contact Status" Setting:
In the settings, locate the section labeled "Contact Status." This is the area where you can assign contact labels.
Step 4: Assigning Contact Status:
- Assign a Label: Use the "Label" field to choose an appropriate contact label.
- Associate Conversation Outcome: Select the corresponding "Conversation Outcome" that aligns with the assigned label.
- Add the Label: Click on the "+" symbol to add the label to your contact.
Important note: Please know that existing labels can only be deactivated and not deleted. A deactivated label will not be visible to other team members. However, you can re-activate it if needed.
