What can be found in the "active contracts" section of the yoummday workspace?

Once you have accepted a project and are actively working on it, you will see it displayed on the yoummday workspace in the "active jobs" section. If you are in multiple projects, they will be listed one below the other.

If you are working on an inbound project, you can see here whether there are currently any customers on hold. You can also pause calls for individual projects while you are working on another one. 

To give you an immediate overview of the latest project status, you can view the key perfomance indicators for the last 14 days here:

- Calls per day
- Time on the phone
- Online time
- Time on the phone/online time

Please note that some clients do not use the yoummday platform for phone calls!
