# What can I see in the “Active contracts” section of the yoummday workspace?

## This article explains the “Active Contracts” section, which can be found on the workspace of your activated yoummday profile. In the “Active Contracts” section, you will find

In the **“Active Contracts”** section, you will find all projects for which you currently have an active contract. If you do not have an active contract yet, this section will remain empty.

Each contract is displayed as a separate **project card**. There, you can see information such as:

- The project and customer name
- The project type (for example, **Inbound**)
- Your current status and available actions (such as **Pause** / **Activate**)
- Additional contract details via the **information (i) icon**

#### Additional information for Inbound projects

For inbound projects, you may also see live queue information, such as:

- Whether callers are currently waiting in the queue
- The total amount of time callers have been waiting in the queue

#### XP Level Ranking

The section may also display the **XP Level Ranking** within the project. Here, you can see:

- Your current level
- Your ranking within the project
- How your performance compares with other talents

#### Important Note

The information displayed may vary from project to project, as not all clients use the yoummday platform in the same way.

If a client does not use the platform for telephony, you can usually find the missing information in the client’s own software system.
