In this article you will learn more about the "active contracts" section of the yoummday workspace
Once you have accepted a project and are actively working on it, you will see it displayed on the yoummday workspace in the "active jobs" section. If you are in multiple projects, they will be listed one below the other.
To have the current project status immediately available, you have the possibility to view statistics and key figures of the last 14 days to get an overview. The overview of key figures varies depending on whether calls are made directly via the yoummday platform or via a customer program:
- Waiting time in queue
- Caller on hold
- Calls per day
- Time on the phone
- Online time
- Time on the phone/ online time
