What referral campaigns are currently available?
In this article, you can find all referral campaigns for which you can currently recruit talents. We add new campaigns depending on the current requirements of our clients!
General Referral Bonus (Since Late September 2024)

Only freelancers who are successfully referred and subsequently work as Talents for a client through yoummday qualify for referral bonuses.
The following are not eligible for referral bonuses:
- Freelancers working directly with yoummday (e.g., Freelance TTLs, Coaches, Freelance Onboarding Managers, Freelance Recruiting Managers, etc.)
- All internal yoummday employees
Currently active referral campaigns
You can currently refer talents through the campaigns listed below.
Some campaigns are time-limited or have special payout conditions.

The information displayed in the Referral section of your Talent account always takes precedence!
It is possible that newly launched campaigns may appear in your account before they are added to the Knowledge Base.
General referral bonus (since late September 2024)
The following rewards apply:
- Referrer: €200
- Referred Talent: €50
The bonus is credited once the referred talent has fulfilled all of the following requirements:
- Registered through your referral link after September 26, 2024
- Successfully completed onboarding
- Generated at least €500 in revenue
Special campaign for european talents (since August 2025)
The following rewards apply:
- Referrer: €300
- Referred Talent: €50
The bonus is credited once the referred talent has fulfilled all of the following requirements:
- Billing country is located within the European Union
- Registered through your referral link after August 27, 2025
- Successfully completed onboarding
- Generated at least €500 in revenue
Bonus campaign for Telefonica Talents for September and October 2026
This campaign runs alongside the regular referral campaigns. It was communicated internally within the project and is not visible in the referral section of your Talent account.
However, all referrers can receive the extra bonus as long as the payout requirements have been met!
On top of to the regular referral bonus, the referrer will receive an additional 100 euros as soon as the referred talent meets the following criteria:
- Registration via your referral link between September 1 and October 31, 2026
- Successful completion of onboarding
- Generated at least €500 in a Telefónica project
- Payout of a standard referral bonus beforehand
Previous referral campaigns
The campaigns below have already ended. Depending on the specific campaign conditions, outstanding bonuses may still be paid out if all requirements were met before the campaign ended.
However, new talents can no longer be referred under with these payout-conditions.

Es gibt für den Empfehlungsgeber 300 Euro und den Empfehlungsnehmer 50 Euro. Die Gutschrift findet statt, sobald das angeworbene Talent die folgenden Kriterien erfüllt:
- Rechnungsland Türkei
- Registrierung über deinen Weiterempfehlungslink zwischen 27. August und 31. Oktober 2025
- Onboarding erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Umsatz von mindestens 500 Euro
