I have not received my payout what should I do?

In this article you will learn about the reasons why there may be delays in the payment of your fee.

If you haven't received your payment yet, there are several reasons for this.

Check in your Yoummday account if the payment is visible (under "Finance").

Causes for missing payouts can be the following:

Your bank data was not correctly stored in your profile on the day of payment. In this case, the payout will be reversed and we have to wait for it. Depending on the country and bank, this may take several weeks.

A payout of the fee will not take place if the payout amount is less than 5 EURO for a SEPA transfer and less than 50 EURO for other transfer methods (especially for foreign transfers). Lower amounts will be carried over to the settlement of the following months and paid out once.

You have set the switch "Automatic payout" in your talent profile under the tab "Finances" to "on hold" (gray). Activate the automatic payout (switch to green) so that you receive the payout every month.
