# How does yoummday actually work?

## In this article you will learn what yoummday is and what benefits we offer you.

**yoummday** is a platform for independent professionals who want to work remotely in customer service, sales, or support. As a freelancer, you use yoummday as a marketplace to find and carry out suitable projects for various clients.

We act as an **intermediary** between you and our clients, providing the technical infrastructure required to perform the work.

After registering, you can apply for **specific projects** that match your skills, experience, and availability. Before you begin a project, key terms such as compensation, type of work (e.g., phone, chat, or email support), and working hours are clearly defined. All work is carried out entirely online through our platform.

Your **compensation is project-based and performance-related**. You are paid only for work actually performed (for example, according to the number of minutes or hours worked, depending on the project). We provide the technical infrastructure and handle invoicing and payments, allowing you to focus on delivering your services without having to manage administrative processes.

For independent professionals, yoummday offers **flexible, location-independent work**, access to structured projects without the need to acquire clients independently, and a transparent process for time tracking, compensation, and payment administration.
