If you cannot complete your course or access the next section, first review all content you have already completed. We need to distinguish between **two course formats**: 1. [Soft Skills Courses from the course catalog](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/en/knowledge/how-can-i-progress-within-my-course#Soft) 2. [Project Courses](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/en/knowledge/how-can-i-progress-within-my-course#projekt)    **1. Soft Skills Courses** Our soft skills courses usually contain only one learning unit, known as a **learning package**. As you work through the package, you will see a chapter structure in the menu on the left. ![](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-20-2024-07-27-01-8608-AM.png?width=159&height=411&name=image-png-Jun-20-2024-07-27-01-8608-AM.png)  **All chapters must have a checkmark.** Only then is the learning package considered completed and displayed as **100% complete** in edYOUcation (in your **"My Courses"** overview).  ![](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-11-2026-05-17-06-4097-AM.png?width=670&height=230&name=image-png-Aug-11-2026-05-17-06-4097-AM.png)       **2.   Project Courses** Project courses consist of multiple tiles, each containing learning content.
