# What requirements are necessary to start with yoummday?

## There is only one requirement to become a yoummday customer.

To become a customer at yoummday, the following requirements are necessary:

**1. Minimum of 10-20 hours of work per week**

**2. No special software required:** yoummday provides the necessary software free of charge, so you won't incur additional costs for purchasing software licenses. Existing or custom tools can also be easily used!

**3. Diverse areas of activity:** yoummday offers various opportunities such as customer service, sales team, lead generation, inbound and outbound services, as well as email processing, in over 120 languages.

**4. No long contract terms:** yoummday provides flexible contract terms without long commitments, giving you the freedom to adjust or terminate your engagement as needed.

**5. No fixed costs:** yoummday does not impose fixed costs, ensuring you don't have additional financial burdens.

**6. Quick start:** The onboarding process at yoummday is typically efficient, and you can often start your activities within 48 hours.
