The services of the implementation packages in detail:

  • Visibility of the job posting: We support you in creating up to 15 job postings and prioritise the processing of your project. This ensures that we can propose a first draft within one working day.
  • Customer Success Support: In the first 6 to 12 weeks, we support you in weekly sessions. These sessions usually last 30 minutes. You can also reach your personal contact by telephone. They are available on weekdays during business hours to provide advice on everything from tendering to time recording.
  • Quality check sheet: together with your Customer Success Manager, you create your first quality check sheet on yoummday. This allows them to record the KPIs they have defined and monitor their development. The Customer Success Manager works with you to create up to 3 check sheets for your project.
  • Implementation project plan: the Monday project board contains all relevant tasks for a successful start on yoummday. Through years of experience, we have been able to summarise the to-do's in an efficient project board for you.
  • Weeklies: invite all relevant people from your company to our weeklies as part of the implementation process. Everyone is welcome!
