How do a talent deactivate the phone?

In this article a talent will learn how to turn off telephony during breaks / after your shift

 

Training documentation for a Talent:

When you take a break or end your shift, you don't want to receive any more calls during that time. With a simple click, you can prevent customers from being assigned to you. 

Click on the following button in the telephony section at the top of your talent dashboard:

 

The button will change color to yellow and our phone system will no longer transfer calls to you:

 

To reactivate the phone, simply click the same button again and you can continue working.
