Download the CSV template Click on **“Download CSV template”**. ![](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-21-2026-11-38-10-1069-AM.png?width=719&height=189&name=image-png-Apr-21-2026-11-38-10-1069-AM.png) The file already contains: - Talent IDs - Names of the talents from the selected project ![](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-21-2026-11-38-53-2065-AM.png?width=324&height=153&name=image-png-Apr-21-2026-11-38-53-2065-AM.png) You only need to add: - Amount - Purpose (description) 👉 **Important:** - Enter amounts using a **dot instead of a comma** Example: `1540.00` - Do **not** modify Talent IDs or names --- #### 2. Fill in the CSV file The template is already prepared – you only need to complete the missing fields. **Example:** | Talent ID | Name | Amount | Purpose | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | fr1234567 | Talent A | 1540.00 | Bonus March 2026 | | fr9876543 | Talent B | 672.00 | Bonus March 2026 | --- #### 3. Save the file correctly (IMPORTANT) Before uploading the file: - Save the file as **CSV (UTF-8)** In Excel: 👉 File → Save As → File type: **CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)** **![](https://helpdesk.yoummday.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-21-2026-11-39-50-9562-AM.png?width=376&height=285&name=image-png-Apr-21-2026-11-39-50-9562-AM.png)** ⚠️ Using the wrong format may result in: - Special characters not being recognized - Upload failure --- #### 4.
